Professional service at a fair price.
We highly recommend Top Hat Roofing. Alex installed two Velux Skylights for us, which look great, function properly and do not leak. The work on the skylight wells is particularly fine. He also fixed some existing problems with the roof. All aspects of the job went smoothly and professionally, beyond that Alex got on really well with our beagle.
Alex just installed a skylight for us, and it was the honestly best decision we’ve EVER made for our house. He’s skilled, efficient, and super easy to work with. From idea (“should we maybe get a skylight?”) to “done, perfectly” took literally only two weeks, and the results are WAY better than we had expected. The guys at top hat roofing were beyond brilliant in all aspects of the word. I had an old sky light that some previous contractor and just shoved a bigger skylight on top and left the shaft the same size. The boys from Top Hat got a picture and showed me so I could see what was done and assisted me in a new design for a bigger shaft simplifying all details down for me so i could understand and upgraded my skylight for me to a newer model which even had a remote!!!
