Extremely disappointed with this flower shop. Very unprofessional! On the website I chose to order the Telaflora Enchanted Cottage bouquet (picture 2). Instead, my friend received the bouquet seen in picture 1. When I called to complain the florist told me that flowers were very expensive and that for what I paid, this is what I get. Top Hat Florist is misguiding the people going on line to order flowers. The pictures are not true to what you get. Shame on you Top Hat Florist!
messed up my order twice. did not fill order correctly and forgot to add the card I ordered. flowers were wilted and garbage. will not order again from here, and would not recommend to anyone else. if they want to take your hard earned money, the least they can do is hold up their end of the deal.
Took the floral arranging and designing course and really enjoyed the experience. Jim and the gang were awesome and provided great hands on experience. The floral selection was amazing and we made many beautiful arrangements. Would recommend this course to others interested in floral design.
I will definitely be ordering my next floral arrangement here! Can't wait! Feels great to support local!
