Top Hat came back out and fixed the issue. Seems like it was just a bad representative, and not the whole company. I'm satisfied with the fix. Thank you!
Don't call Top Hat Chimney Sweeps. I had them install a screen over the top of my chimney less than two years ago. Today, I heard some kind of animal in the chimney, so I called them to come back. Their guy was here less than 15 minutes and spent most of that on his phone. He quoted me $315 to fix the screen and add more, but said he didn't have the materials today and would have to come back.
