Update: Do not look at the reply and think they tried to make things right. They know they did wrong telling me to replace my entire chimney when it was unnecessary. There was no water penetration like they tried to say. There was no need for a charge of $500 the second time they came out. I could almost replace the entire roof on my house for what they charged for just the chimney. I was never given a copy of the contract until after I signed and paid the deposit.
