The guys were super friendly and nice! John Jr showed us everything and was super helpful with all my questions. He gave detailed answers and recommendations! They clean up all the debris and sanitized everything. Jessie a was able to fix our damper. These guys are awesome we are excited to finally have a game plane for an insert. Absolutely the best!!!! Don’t bother with any other companies because no one is as good as Top Hat Chimney Services. I had problems with my fireplace, not drafting properly for years. I had 3-4 other companies out and paid thousands of dollars for repairs that weren’t necessary and that didn’t fix the problem.
