Easy, affordable spaciousand super well kitted out
Medium-sized, warehouse style gym. Plenty of racks and space for benches and free weights. 4 racks plus a smith machine and at least 3 cable machines. Lots of upper body machines, and a hip thrust machine, but no or hip abduction/adduction machine. Moderate selection of cardio equipment. A smallish warm-up/mat work area. The owner is very friendly. Having an insanely hard time cancelling my membership as I can't contact anyone while I am overseas for work. if anyone could help, that would be amazing.
Pls can we change the music. Play anything with lyrics
It's a good gym if you like free weights and bars, which is what most people want anyway - so you never have to wait for stuff. The only negative is that the music is bloody loud and intense. Everyone's wearing headphones anyway, why do you even need to play it?
