Medium-sized, warehouse style gym. Plenty of racks and space for benches and free weights. Lots of upper body machines, but no hip thrust or hip abduction/adduction machine. Limited cardio options. Not much room for warm-up/mat work. The owner is very friendly. Affordable membership options, and 24/7 access once you're set up. hey i have only been to the gym once and i would say is not bad for the price, i was just wondering if the place had bathrooms and showers as it is not shown in the photos and i couldnt see any showers when i was there. Are there showers and bathrooms? would love a reply
