Easy to rock up, register online for a casual gym session
Great quiet well equipped gym reasonable prices. Comps and training.
Used to love this gym. The owners seem to have given up on maintaing it over the last few months. Dumbbells are missing and several are damaged, equipment is dodgy i.e. benches are falling apart. It's also been over taken by a powerlifting club in the evenings. I hope the owners can put more care into this place and I can review my rating.
