I purchased a pair of $50 shoes and the first day wearing them, the glue holding the sole to the shoe started to fail. I went back to the store I purchased from and they wouldn't even discuss the issue, so after learning the manufacturer was Top Guy, I messaged them on their platform informing them of the issue. Although their site stated they received my message and would get back to me within 24 hours, it has been a week and I have not heard anything from them.
