Once we provided him withe necessary documents we had our pre approval almost immediately. From start to finish he was available to answer our questions and did it in a way that it was easy to understand. I can’t say enough about Miguel and his team. They did such a great job with everything, with explaining things from top to bottom. It was a very smooth experience especially for first time home buyers! Miguel and his team were very professional and explained all the aspects clearly and neatly. They were also very fast in handling my case and closing things as soon as possible with the time frame. Definitely will go to them for any future opportunities. Overall it was a very successful experience. Would totally recommend!!
