Adam is the best trainer I have ever worked with. I leave every session feeling like I have given every last bit of energy I have. He holds me and pushes me to give more. I highly recommend Adam to anyone from beginner to advanced looking for better ways to train.
I’ve moved and fulfilled there contract. Have spoken to staff and emailed owners but they will not cancel your membership and continue to take from your account. Beware
