As a first home buyer, I really appreciated the knowledge and professionalism of my conveyancer. Anastasia Buten handled the process well overall. However, communication was a bit of a struggle. I often couldn’t reach her directly and mostly had to speak with reception, which made me quite anxious during such an important process. More timely updates and accessibility would’ve really helped ease the stress for someone going through it for the first time.
