I have been coming here for haircuts many times throughout the year to barber Leo, and he always did an excellent job — great haircuts and top-notch service. Today I got a haircut from Matthew, and it was awful. A haircut that should take 30 minutes he finished in just 8, and he told me that my haircut doesn’t suit me. The whole time, I felt like he was trying to get rid of me as quickly as possible and that he had more important things to do.
