I have just purchased a Range Rover from Top Gear, very friendly and helpful sales staff. Over the years my family and myself have purchased 11 cars from here and always had great service. Hence I would not buy a secondhand car anywhere else.
Unfortunately, my experience with this dealership was extremely disappointing. In my opinion, the level of professionalism was far below expectations. The vehicle I purchased developed significant faults shortly after the sale, and when I raised these issues, I felt that my concerns were dismissed rather than properly addressed.
