Absolutely brilliant service
I got my Toyota Ch-R from Top gear in Gillingham around November 2024. I have intentionally waited for 7+ months before reviewing. Since I bought my car from Top Gear I have not had any issues with my Chr, it has been a smooth ride all these months and I have not had any reason to call them and complain. I can’t say much about after sale service because my car didn’t need one Personally I will recommend them to friends and families.
Stay away from this dealership had nothing but problems with the car took back told me to go to a tyre shop whitched the tyres round sent me on my way to find out it was the dual mass fly wheel on the car was going and now put it back up for sale
Purchased my Honda from these guys in January No complaints, car underwent a health check and passed with flying colours, here we are in August and not a single fault. Would recommend as most of their cars are purchased off main dealers at auctions so are significantly less likely to be a headache
Really friendly, extremely nice, I would recommend to my family or a friend
