Ryan Woodall at Top Gear bikecycles is My mechanic for 3yrs. Purchased 2 new tires, on Saturday ride didn't notice anything but Wednesday ride at Trail a little sound started took bike back today and tire was defected. He didn't have a new to replace it, He put one on his own tires then I can use until they get my new one. That's a Customer Services. Thank you very much.
Haven't been to this shop in 5 years (I also don't live in the area), but they recognized me as soon as I walked through the door. They had exactly what o needed and I couldn't have had a better experience.
