I've been here twice now and the experience has been positive. The staff was polite and informative. They put my car up on a lift and showed me exactly what was wrong and explained why the part needed to be replaced. The shop was clean. Based on my interactions so far, i plan on using them as my go-to auto shop.
They are on time, good workers, and asked me for free water and coffee. MD STATE INSPECTION AND MY VEHICLE REPAIRED DONE SAME DAY.
Scheduled a MD state inspection over the phone, and before I hung up I asked - “Is there anything specific that I should bring with me?” To which the associate answered, “Nope, just you and your car.” I brought my car to the appointment the next day and dropped it off. Great service, I towed my car and it was done within 24hours I just had to go to pick it up.They communicated really well ,I recommend.
