Honest work but slow. Told me a state inspection would take 1 hour. Took more than 4 hours. Told me 10 minutes to print the report. Took 30. Like, just tell me how long it will take.
This is my go to for auto repairs. They are thorough when it comes to if you want the repairs and how soon it can be done. I’ve had multiple parts serviced and replaced on my car from them. I’ve had my car inspected for registration by them. The only thing they should work on is communication with the customer. Sometimes I haven’t had a clear timeline on the car and they respond to update me on the vechicle but again they’re an auto repair shop not a call center
Naveed and all of Top Gear's crew were professional and easy to work with. They communicated and kept me informed of every step. They valued my time and needs; had a sense of urgency while fixing the problem properly. Flexible, considerate and just pleasant overall. 10 years living in Baltimore, this is the best auto experience I have had. Highly recommend
Got me in same day for an inspection and when my car failed they were able to get me in the next day for repairs to pass. Naveed and his team were the kindest and went above and beyond to ensure I got the best service and hospitality while at the shop. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
Came here for MD inspection. My truck needed work but they promptly addressed the fix. I found the shop personnel friendly, flexible, and honest. I'd recommend this location for inspection and repairs.
