TOP GEAR KNOWLEDGEABLE PROFESSIONAL FAIR! They figured out a problem that I did three visits to two different tire alignment places about. Car was a Honda civic. You would think it was a Bugatti after dealing with the other two tire places. Don’t waste your time getting alignments anywhere else! I was about to order a $320 part that I didn’t need. Mike is always helpful, reasonable, and fast.
Mike took my car in for tire swap and alignment. Unfortunately he didn’t have a chance to test drive the car and when I went home I noticed the car was pulling to the right. I called Mike and he offered to take my car in immediately but I took it in the next morning. He apologized profusely for the alignment issue and promptly corrected it; also he checked my battery and stated that it needed replacing and was able to do that right after the alignment. Bought a new car from a dealer couple days later brakes were grinding was scared took it to these guys first time ever going asked if they could take a look I didn’t have to schedule anything they looked at it right then and there told me my breaks were toast metal on metal and a few other things and that I got screwed by my dealer told me how to deal with it did me a huge favor and didn’t even charge me real good people will be my new mechanic from now on
