Our 2015 Jeep Cherokee with 98K miles went into the shop for an inspection and oil change and two days later it came out with severe engine damage requiring replacement. Top Gear denied any wrong -doing and refused to help with any associated costs. In my opinion , a complete lack of customer service and integrity.
