GREAT BUSINESS, GOOD PEOPLE, GOOD FOOD! I have a housing program in Burlington and have always used Top 4...I am an African American and have a consideral amount of people I serve every other Friday. The service is phenominal and the food is outstanding. I have also used Top 4 for private parties at my home and I have only received rave reviews. Rude Service/Filthy place to eat!! First of all the service is horrible in the restaurant! The place is filthy and distgusting and its a wonder no one has been ill from eating in that nasty place. Food tastes like crap!! Unless you are hatian you get poor service and not the proper amount of their nasty food. It is not seasoned and they are disrespectful to American-born citizens! What a joke.
