TL;DR: i highly recommend this home remodeling team. They did an excellent job, stayed on schedule, and kept the project within budget. What they did: removed popcorn ceilings, finished the garage drywall, took the closets down to the bare walls for a fresh rebuild, painted the full interior of the house and garage, and completed a full kitchen renovation. I can’t say enough about how smooth this whole home remodeling project was with Top Floors & Contractor. The work covered a full kitchen remodel, two bathroom renovations, new flooring throughout the house, popcorn ceiling removal, recessed lighting installation, interior painting, a fireplace update, new windows, and replacement of the furnace and AC system. I highly recommend Top Floors & Contractor for home restoration and remodeling work. I had a roof leak that led to water damage in my kitchen and part of the ceiling. I was having a hard time with the insurance process, so I reached out and Sean came to my home the same day to inspect the damage and explain the repair steps.
