I had never done CrossFit before, and I immediately fell in love with TopFlight and the amazing community here. The coaches meet you exactly where you are and push you to consistently improve. As a college student, I went all summer and can’t wait to come back in December and over future breaks—absolutely recommend it!
We have been going here for the past few years. It’s always been great people trying to better themselves and help motivate you to do so. The new owners are very eager to help in anyway possible and invest lots of time into it and the gym! We have awesome coaches to top it all off!
CrossFit has been one of the most important parts of my life now for years and TopFlight specifically has been the biggest part of it. It got me in shape for my wedding. It’s gotten me through three pregnancies now where I worked out the entire time with all of them. It even helped me train for triathlons! I look forward to my workouts with my people! This gym is like a family to me. Every coach is always pushing us to do better both inside the gym and outside the gym. I’ve worked with every coach there and every single one is encouraging and motivating. This is the place you can go no matter your fitness level and come out better. Everybody should try it.
I have never been apart of something that has given me so much happiness and confidence!! Top flight is the best all around. Great people, classes, and coaches
