Best gym I've every been too, miss this place since I've moved interstate, way better than any 24/7 or chain gym
A friendly gym with a great atmosphere and very knowledgeable staff/personal trainers. Good equipment and no "high level testosterone" or attitude you may get from other places. Caters for boxing, boot camp, BJJ & MMA as well as personal training. Membership isn't too steep either. You can bring your kids in while you train and can they can do their homework. Great for all ages.
I've been going here for a month now. Really nice gym and clean. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Plenty of machines, free weights and cardio. Lots of room to do what you need to. The only down side is the buttons on the running machines need fixing.
