I highly recommend Coach V. I attended class last week and I enjoyed it. The training was top notch and the group was very welcoming and encouraging.
One thing I don’t see a lot of in fitness nowadays is fun, but the workouts here are super fun! Whether it’s punching the bags, or picking up a heavy ball and slamming it down, you’re going to enjoy these workouts while also gaining muscle and losing weight. One thing Coach V DOES NOT allow is slacking off, he’s somehow able to manage a group of 20+ people and ensure everyone is pushing themselves to 100%. Very good workout plans that target different muscles groups while also incorporating the “mental toughness” aspect.
His workout was one of the best workouts I’ve had in a while. The energy he brings every time is unmatched compared to everyone else I’ve trained with and he pays attention to every single detail. I was sore for a few days after his workout but I felt amazing after I fully recovered.
This was my first workout at Top Fitness 407, and I can confidently say it humbled me in the best possible way. I’ve been in the military for 21 years and have done some extremely tough workouts…nothing compares to the intensity, structure, and effectiveness of his sessions.
