I was very nervous about joining Top Fitness since I have never did anything like this before, I wasn’t sure I could keep up with the workouts. A month in, I feel energized, and more confident than I have in a very long time. I just completed Hell Week! Everyone on the team and Coach V is very proud of me. It has been almost a year with Top Fitness and Coach Vic. Being with Top Fitness has given me the confidence that I did not have before. You will get a kick butt workout, smile, laugh and work with a great supportive team all at the same time!!
I was a bit nervous about joining Top Fitness since I hadn’t been active in over five years and wasn’t sure I could keep up with the workouts. My husband encouraged me to give it a try, and I’m so glad I did! A month in, I feel stronger, more energized, and more confident than I have in years.
