Absolutely horrendous experience attempting to cancel membership. Submitted multiple requests online and customer service via phone is nonexistent. NEVER sign up for membership here.

It’s an unethical deceptive business practice. I had to dispute the charges and was issued a new card and number. Be careful sharing your payment info here — they clearly rely on customers not noticing their criminal enterprise. Businesses that operate this way don’t deserve repeat customers.
