I called on a Saturday and got an ungrateful response. I went to the workshop a couple of times to talk in person, he shares a small workshop with another car panel repair business. I wasn’t impressed with the professional side. Nice enough guy but seemed a bit unprofessional. I booked in an inspection on my damaged van for an insurance claim today at 5, no show and no call.
Had our van rammed while onsite visiting Darwin. Racv recommended we contact Top End Repairs . Mitchell came to our van on-site within 24hrs assessed the damage liaised with insurance company and arranged parts and repairs in a week . Top service and top bloke.
