When I hired Tom I hired him based on his experience not a sub contractor. Let alone a sub contractor with an unqualified worker with him(his son, definitely not certified) Left their entire mess for me to clean up. When you do a job at someone’s house you leave it the way you got it, not like your kids room at your house. The unqualified worker I guess decided to drill a hole through a floor joist to run a dryer plug. THROUGH THE FLOOR JOIST.
