My experience with this car wash has been absolutely terrible. I NEVER authorized them to sign me up for any membership, yet they charged me a monthly membership fee for FOUR MONTHS without my permission. I called multiple times trying to cancel this membership and submitted several support tickets asking them to resolve the issue and refund my money. After I accidentally spilled milk on my floorboards, Kevin immediately offered to help me clean it and get rid of the odor. He didn't have to, but he jumped into the action and really helped me get rid of the smell. Outstanding service.
Horrible car wash. Did not even remove the love bugs after using the scrub brush and going through the car wash twice. Windshield looked very hazed over. Small chips in the paint on my new car. Worst car wash I have had in 40 years in Florida.
They damaged my car and refused to pay for it.
