The audio tech is a complete master at his job. Knowledgeable, kind, professional. He hooked up my subwoofer and tuned it perfectly. I'm new into the audio world and had a few questions. He was able to answer them all. I forget his name but he has a dog and a Bassnectar tattoo. Thank you!!
When we expose the upselling an over charging, they intentionally damaged the vehicle. After taking my vehicle in for an alternator, I had to take it to another mechanic because they failed to even tighten the bolts for the car, they did not put on the battery terminals but charged me. Had more interest in upselling and over charging the customer than actually doing the necessary work. My car is now worse off than before I took it. This company is a scam. The work performed was deceptive, misleading and fraudulent.
Best service and super nice guys. James is the man super helpful. Only spot I’ll go now for my car audio.
