I'm not sure what these reviews are from and what they experienced but I clearly did not have the same experience. My instructor Mani was helpful never had to reschedule and gave me updates if the previous lesson was running behind. I recommend to anyone choosing a driving school my process was quick and easy.
The manner in which this business is set up and run is one of the least user-friendly things I have had the displeasure of using in a long time. The material presented to the students in the online portion of the course is dated and often doesn't make sense as the grammar mistakes are atrocious. There is little to no communication with clients or students letting them know about next steps. Incredibly slow and unadaptable! There is no reason to have to wait 10 days for a certificate of completion. Just enter the info and forward the document. There are other consumer options out there. If you are a busy, professional family, I would suggest exploring them!
I don’t know where to begin, but I can say this was an amazing experience from the moment we walked into the moment my daughter got into the driver seat, the driving teacher that was working with her was very kind very sweet. I couldn’t ask for a better experience for my young driver.
First I would like to say I do not work for or have any vested interest in Top Driver, I am just a client to this location. I previously gave this location a 2 and that was being generous at the time. TODAY, I removed that and am now giving them a 5 and that is not being generous, it is well deserved!! The GM, Mr. Kramer was a wonderful guy, who cares a lot about the client and our children getting quality time in the car.
