I worked with Rachel Michels for many of my in person drives and she just went above and beyond to help me schedule some last minute appointments and prepare me for the driving test. She was always punctual for pick ups and communicated effectively if there was a chance she would be late. Which never happened. Rachel was funny and encouraging in the car and provided support but was never demeaning or rude in her criticism. I loved working with Rachel, I highly recommend booking in person drives with her.
Rachel and Rich made our driving lessons and tests a breeze, even with my daughter's anxiety in the mix! Huge thanks to them for their thoroughness and personable approach.
Rich was the best, such a great teacher!!!
Rich was great, he really makes the experience fun for the kids. Additionally, he doesn’t just teach them, he mentors them and explains the privilege and responsibility it is to drive. Send your kids to Rich o er in Geneva.
