Mr. Robert Bersche is an amazing and kind instructor who helped me learn how to drive safely and with confidence!! Great experience.
I had a very positive experience initially, but came across a very frustrating experience recently. My son‘s driving lesson was scheduled and he was hardly three minutes late. The policy says he should be there within 10 minutes of the schedule time. The instructor was not in the office and we were waiting in the car. DO NOT COME HERE! Worst customer service experience in my life. For context, I only wanted to do Behind the Wheel since that is the only portion I needed (I completed the Classroom portion beforehand at my high school). I paid $500, was there for about 4-5 days, everyday I was asking the supervisor how I can only do the Behind the Wheel portion and not the Classroom one.
