I love Mrs.Mahler and story time before the end of class.
Very poor customer service. When trying to contact them, no one answers the phones or emails. I was forced to pay a cancellation fee even though their terms clearly state that the fee applies if cancelled after the first class of the session begins (we cancelled prior). Be aware when dealing with Top Driver.
Everyone at top driver made the whole process a lot less stressful and they explained everything to us. I would recommend anyone with the option to choose a driving school, to choose Top Driver in Crystal Lake
I had a terrible experience with top driver , I was mislead by staff multiple times and feel like I was scammed . I drove 45 min to theyre location but was turned around by the instructor Who was completely unaware of why I was even there. Also the management team is unaware of its clients scheduling and refuses to actually provide customer service dont waste your time or money.
