I don't think I've ever been through a more tedious and predatory business in my life. For context, I payed six hundred dollars to take purely behind the wheel. I needed to schedule a lesson, so I went to their horribly designed portal, and to my shock when I try to schedule, apparently I needed to attend a class I never paid for in the first place. Crystal lake location was convenient and did a great job
Took my road test here with Gary highly recommend him great guy/instructor
I love Mrs.Mahler and story time before the end of class.
Very poor customer service. When trying to contact them, no one answers the phones or emails. I was forced to pay a cancellation fee even though their terms clearly state that the fee applies if cancelled after the first class of the session begins (we cancelled prior). Be aware when dealing with Top Driver.
