They are quick to take your $450 but then no help trying to get scheduled for his in-car driving class. Every month it's full since July. I've called and left messages and no response. I've been on hold for 15 minutes. We just want a refund and we will go somewhere else. It's ridiculous that my son works so hard for his money that he paid with and they cannot even schedule those who have finished. Maybe you should stay open a bit later and on the weekend to get some us these 1 ratings changes. But seems like they don't care.... read more

Hello, My experience with Top Driver. The in-person staff, from the teachers to the drivers, have been nothing but kind and genuinely helpful. I never had any issues during my interactions with them, and they made everything smooth on that end. However, I did run into some challenges with customer service. My son completed his two-week classes in April, but he didn’t finish his driving class until the end of August.
