They have extremely limited availability for in car sessions, dishonest and rude customer service, dont update their schedule on time, then laugh when your child needs to retake the class ( and pay again in full) because they couldn't get enough driving time with instructors before their 6 month expiration rule kicks in. unbelievably terrible experience.
I typically only leave reviews for companies that do outstanding work, however I feel it’s important to share my negative experience since it was exceptionally poor. Do not use this company for your child. My daughter completed the in class portion as well as two of the driving sessions. 4 driving sessions are required. The company canceled her last two driving sessions. Terrible service from these people. The front office is a disaster, no one is on the same page. Forget about trying to get scheduled for the in cars. They do not have enough driving staff to get everyone who has signed up for there program into the driving portion. Spend your money else where.
Scheduled in car driver kept saying they were delayed, they in fact lied and were supposedly getting the car repaired after waiting hours. Another teacher insisted we only schedule with him. Blocked from scheduling. Manager will not respond. DO NOT SCHEDULE THIS IS A TERRIBLE SCHOOL AND MOST HAVE GONE OUT OF BUSINESS
Susan (my teacher) helped me learn a lot for my last couple classes, and more tips towards the real world than just trying to get me to pass my test!
