Very thorough, very professional. Our fescue needed a rescue after a particularly harsh spring and summer. This treatment will help bring it back to life.

I have to say, this company is the most impressive in all the lawn companies I have ever hired in Dunwoody. The equipment is the best, the materials they use is the best and their employees including the owner are respectful, thorough and clean. Means a lot to me and I certainly will give my future business to them. Only one thing, wish they did the lawn fertilizer! Maybe one day they might expand their business to this service and I will be the first to sign up!!!!

Jacob from Top Dressing has been great. He’s prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained the process and did a great job applying the treatment. The service worked as planned. Our lawn came back beautifully within a few weeks. Jake even came back to check on it. Definitely worth the money!

Excellent experience from start to finish. Communication and planning were top notch. They took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and walked me through exactly what to expect before starting the work. The team was professional throughout the entire process and paid great attention to detail, especially in the specific areas I had pointed out as problem spots such as dips and bare patches. It's clear they take great pride in their work. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to improve their lawn.
