I can’t say enough good things about the guys at Top Down Restoration. From the moment I called them about a roof leak, their team were on the ball. Waras came out quickly and gave me a fair quote the same day. Within a week, the repairs were done and the roof hasn’t leaked a single drop since even through we have had a few heavy rainstorms. 😡😡😡I hired Top Down Restoration for a roofing job, and within months, I started noticing leaks and loose shingles. The work was clearly rushed, and the materials they used were cheap. When I reached out for repairs, they ignored me. Stay away if you want quality work that lasts!
