We absolutely love our house in Greenpoint. The biggest problem over the last 20 years has been constant flooding in our basement. The stucco overtime has eroded and it has cost us thousands. This is the first time I can say with confidence that we have had a year of no issues.You guys waterproofed our entire basement entrance and basement and fixed the brickwork with great brick pointing. We appreciate the punctuality and the honesty.

Top Down Restoration did a great job on my house. They fixed the bricks so they look new again, and the waterproofing is working really well. They also did a nice job on the stucco—it looks smooth and clean. The workers were friendly and showed up on time. I’m really happy with their work!

Excellent work! I contacted Waras for a quote relating to a leaky roof; he came out and identified that the pitch was the issue and that the water pooling was causing a large amount of damage. The pricing on the roof + tapered insulation was transparent and I was able to get a new roof with a custom taper plan (Didnt know those existed!) within 2 weeks, I’m glad I hired them.

They did a great job fully re-pointing my sidewall and also doing tuckpointing on a portion of my frontwall. Waras came and gave us a quote and within 2 weeks he was able to start and do an excellent job. I give them an A+ for communication skills.
