I used this company for chimney cleaning plus a chimney cap installation. While was friendly, the workmanship was disappointing. The cap appears loose and there’s visible soot left behind — not the thorough chimney cleaning we expected. The company suggested chimney repair but didn’t follow up with a written proposal. The final cleaning cost also included several unexpected charges. For safety-critical work around fireplaces I expect clear communication, photos when repairs are suggested, and an itemized bill. Top Down Chimney. Excellent, excellent, excellent! What great service, on the phone and in the field. The gentleman that came to my home was so polite and so professional. He did a great job fast and painless. I highly recommend these guys.
Top Down is Top Notch. OK, that's a bit corney, but perfectly accurate. On time, totally professional, clean & neat. And now we have a clean chimney and fireplace to enjoy this winter. Thanks Danny for the good work
