I will never ever do business with walter, the owner. He is disrespectful! I pawned my wedding ring there and during the time i was supposed to pick it up on jan 4th my husband passed away. That was the last thing on my mind. So when i went to get it a week later i was told it had been sent out to clean and i would be notified when it came back. Anyway now i was told it was scraped. Why would you clean a 5,000 dollar ring and then turn around and scrape it. LIAR!
