Carrie and her staff are wonderful! I have been taking Chief there for about two years now and would not go anywhere else. Carrie is a small business owner and not "corporate" which is what I like. She is an efficient groomer who does what is asked of her client and not what she wants. From my experience there she has an excellent rapport with all of her clients - two and four legs. Her prices are very competitive and her shop is always clean.

Had an appt at 9:00,waited for 20 mins and no one ever showed.I always am great at keeping up with my appts and writing then down so I know I had the right day and time. She may be a great Groomer but I will never know.the front door was locked,lights were out,and I called the number and no answer not sure what happened but they were scheduled to open that day.

Cathy McGill is a very kind and loving person who will love your animal and give it the best care while your pet is being groomed. She goes beyond what is called for to treat your pet as she would her very own.
