Always clean and equipment working. We go 3 times a week!
This is an amazing place to work out in Gainesville. They do not have a water fountain, so I would suggest bringing a bottle of water or the like if you don't want to use the vending machine. However, the equipment is always clean and tidy, the space is usually pretty empty, and they have a wide variety of options for your workouts. There's a lot of free weights and weight machines, but there's also a cardio room with 9 or so machines in it. Would recommend for anyone in the area.
