Find a different place to have your car washed. On 7/31/17 I took my wife's car through the automatic wash at the altamonte location. After the wash I found the rear driver's side lower plastic panel had been ripped off. I told the manager about it and he found the plastic panel stuck in the conveyer belt. He offered no information as to their procedure in resolving this. He took pictures of my vehicle and pretty much ignored me. Then he went to attend to getting the car wash operational.
