Used to use these guys all the time when I lived in Leicester. Car always comes out clean, the vacuums are excellent and prices are very affordable. I still run through if I happen to be back in town
Scratched the roof of my truck all to pieces. Manager couldn't be bothered with my complaint. If you want your car paint to stay in tact I'd stay away from this place.
As I pulled into the car wash, I was greeted right away with friendly faces. Everyone working are very attentive, helpful, and go the extra mile. I love this place, and will continue my membership!! Thanks for keeping my car looking brand new!! ;)
I go to this car wash on a regular basis. I was getting just the basic wash. Sometimes they brushed the windows and sides before going through the tunnel, other times not. Last week I decided to buy the Deluxe. The guys who were brushing did a fantastic job - really went over and beyond. However, one of the side brushes in the tunnel didn't work. The owner is Awesome! The guys doing the pre-scrub down were Good, vacuums & mat washing machine Good, but the actual wash didn't totally clean my vehicle, there were many area's missed, I had to go wait in line at a do-it-yourself carwash & clean it again! Editing: after speaking with the owner, he mentioned the more you spend the Better wash you got, so now I see, to get a decent wash I have to spend at least $12 or more!
