⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Phenomenal experience!I I recently brought my 13-year-old son to Top Design Barbers in Waynesville to get a low taper fringe haircut, and we could not be happier with the results.The owner, Alex, has incredible precision and style, and he genially took his time to make sure the cut was absolutely flawless.
