Store personnel act annoyed and condescending every time you ask a price on a specific card. Nothing is visibly marked, so they have to look it up. Pricing on all sealed product is significantly above MSRP, and singles were all 2-3x TCG pricing. Would NOT recommend buying sealed product or individual cards here. Will not be going back, as there are better options around.
I’ve played many different card games at many different card shops for over 10 years. Top Deck Keep is definitely a premium card shop. Huge space, lots of product, reasonable prices, and VERY clean. It’s a very enjoyable place for my wife and I to play Disney Lorcana. Frank and Jack are two awesome employees that have been very welcoming and friendly and add to a great LGS experience. shame to see a trading care store scalp right out the gate and sell pokemon cards at a mark up instead of msrp
I've been coming to this place even since the old location. They are super easy to work with and know their stuff. They are super helpful with finding any cards you need. Super simple with giving an email that you can send all card names on and they'll gather all the cards you need. Next to frank and sons this is my favorite card shop to go to.
Review: I’m new to the hobby and was excited to buy my first deck, but I had a really disappointing experience at this shop. As a first-time player, I bought a deck without knowing the usual price. Turns out, they charged me double what it normally costs. I only realized it after my friend, who introduced me to the game, pointed it out.
