Stay away unless you want to pay more and get less. The owner talks up a. storm about difficult Florida weather but other landscapers deal with it just fine. If you want your lawn killed by weeds, Top Cut is for you. Horrible service (arrogant and rude), makes excuses for horrible lawn service and is not at all professional.
Top Cut refuses to implement a no spray list for flower beds in my community. They spray cancer causing roundup on private property and refuse to accommodate homeowners that don’t want a cancer causing agent sprayed on private property. They don’t care if you are immune compromised or if roundup makes your pets or children sick.
