My boyfriend gifted me a beautiful ruby and emerald ring that had a setting where the ruby sat a little bit more proud of the rest of the ring and we brought the ring in to see if it was possible to bend that setting down some so it would not catch on things. Thought it was a little on the shaky side. Never saw a jewelry store in such poor condition. Needed a same repair, went to Roamans they were open.
