HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I don’t often write reviews, but I wanted to share my great experience with Top Concord Carpet Cleaning. I had an expensive hand-made rug that got a very strong chemical smell, much worse than pet odors, and it made my nose run every time I walked by. I asked Diego to come out to Concord to clean the carpet in just one room. There was cat urine in the carpet that I couldn't remove on my own. Diego explained everything clearly and talked about how enzymes help break down stubborn pet odors like cat urine. After one cleaning, our carpet looked great. He mentioned that sometimes cat urine can be hard to get rid of and a second visit might be needed, but luckily one cleaning was enough for us. THIS IS A SCAM. Making an appointment is easy, pricing over the phone is straightforward ($149 for 4 rooms / $2 per step), but when the “technicians” arrive they corner you and quote significantly higher prices, aggressively insist that you pay several hundred dollars more if you want to have your carpet cleaned, and then complete lackluster “whole house service” in 20 minutes. i really appreciate top concord carpet cleaning - this is the second time we have used norman and his crew. they do amazing work, and our carpets look cleaner than ever before. after cleaning, our home feels fresh and doesn't have any strong chemical smells. stains that were there for years (even after trying other cleaners) are completely gone because of the great equipment and products they use. our old wall to wall carpet now looks almost new thanks to the care they gave. we were also very happy with how well they cleaned... read more

We had Jeff come out to clean our mom's 27-year-old carpet, which had heavy traffic stains from years of use and dirt getting tracked in. It hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, so it was definitely due for some attention. Jeff arrived right on time, even on short notice while we were visiting. He was friendly and handled our rescue dog well. He pre-treated the carpet before cleaning and was able to remove an old wax stain from a candle spill.
