We just had our carpets professionally cleaned, and the results were excellent, especially in the high traffic areas and main walkway. Diego was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about carpet cleaning, stain treatment, and regular floor care. He also shared a helpful tip that made a lot of sense: when vacuuming, you can move forward more quickly, but on the backward pass you should go slower to lift more dirt from the carpet fibers.
