I paid $200 for a carpet cleaning service that was quick and efficient, finishing up in about 30 minutes. The carpets were left mostly dry and looked refreshed. The technician, Malik, was friendly and professional throughout the visit. I did have some concerns at first, but the business responded quickly by sending a re-service the next day. I called to have my carpet cleaned and was happy to get same-day service. Gerald came by in the afternoon and did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets. He was very professional, on time, friendly, and easy to talk to. A couple of days later, I needed a touch-up on a spot where I spilled red wine after the cleaning. Our old German Shepherd/husky had a big accident on the carpets one night while we were all asleep, and there were messes all over the living room.
