jace, oliver, and william came over and did an amazing job on my stairs and hallway! my carpets look brand new! they were friendly and very accommodating. they're scheduled to come back and clean my bedroom carpet, and jace was really helpful in finding ways to remove bleach stains from my white rug that turned orange. they are the best carpet cleaning team i have ever worked with, and i can't recommend them enough. it's a wonderful family operation, and william feels like part of the family too. i'm sure you won't be let do... read more

The technicians did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets! I really appreciate their hard work. However, I've noticed that as a longtime customer, the service seems to be changing. Previously, I had a lifetime Scotchgard treatment included, but that seems to have been altered. Also, they used to consider my stairs and hallway rugs as one area, but now they count them separately. These may seem like small details, but they really matter from a customer's perspective. I hope the new management takes note of these little things!
