The salon is so clean and the staff are lovely. I had a deluxe pedicure and it really felt like an upgrade. So many different lotions and scrubs, and included a hot stone massage. I can get a bit nervous with the snipping and so forth of a pedicure, as sometimes it can hurt. But my technician was very efficient and gentle. My feet were pretty bad, from walking around barefoot in the garden. Now they are so clean and soft. I need new sandals to go with my fancy feet!
I went to Anna for a removal (5 out of 10 nails) and a full set of acrylic nails. Upon payment time, she insisted I pay $20 for the removal of 50% of my nails, $30 for the “design” (which was a basic pink french tip), & $50 for the new set of nails. I questioned her math because there’s a sign on the street that offers “free design” and charging $20 to remove 50% of my previous set. She ignored my question and handed me the payment machine. Had a pedicure on Saturday July 19, I had one here in the past and it was great. This time not so much. The skin around my nails was cut twice leaving me bleeding. The polish job was mediocre, the top coat was not put overtop of the full nail so the parts that didn’t get top coated are discolored. Disappointing for an overpriced pedicure.
Awesome customer service, friendly environment, clean space. I don’t get to go for pedicures as much as I’d like, but my experience here is always top notch!
I rarely go in for a manicure and pedicure, but wanted to treat my wife for our wedding anniversary and join her for a relaxing experience. Unfortunately, this visit was far from it. From start to finish, the service was careless and uncomfortable. My wife's cute skirt was torn during the process from the massage chair —a careless mistake but enough to pissed her off.
