RecommendedLenny and his team are over the top. I will not buy from anyone else in the future. Before the sale Lenny was extremely accommodating, and helpful. I picked up the bus, and had a small issue about an hour away from the dealer, called Lenny, he had a mechanic on the way immediately. Lenny could have easily told me “as is no warranty”. After looking online and talking with Lenny, we drove 4hrs to pick up a our class A Monaco motorhome. Al was very helpful and knew his way around the RV. Together him and Lenny made for a real smooth buying experience.
Hands down the BEST experience with Top Choice and Jay Garza. Had some damage on the front of our camper. Called and made an appointment and totally at ease with Jay. Felt like I was talking to a friend. Dropped it off on a Saturday, got pictures of absolutely every step of the repair process. They knew we had a trip coming up and they got it done. It was awesome! DEFINITELY recommend!!
Lenny was fantastic. We were a little hesitant about conducting such a large purchase on line, but he spent a lot of time going over every nook and component during our FaceTime video. Every bit of the transaction was conducted with professionalism and we got our RV in pristine condition. Al who delivered the rig then spent a couple of hours with us to make sure we knew how everything worked. We got just what we wanted at a fair price and with no hassles.
Lenny was great to deal with . We did everything over the phone via FaceTime and text, phone. Im very happy with the motorhome and his services were top notch. I highly recommend them.
Jay Garcia did a superb on painting my front and caps of my Thor Windsport that had faded. He listened to what I thought I wanted done and he advised me to go a better route. The result was excellent at a very good price. He had some extra paint left and painted a few areas just beyond the end caps to bring the coach back to a brand new look at no extra cost.
Great experience start to finish. Super informative... there is a huge selection of Class A RVs to look at. All of them in excellent condition and different trim levels. Al is a certified RV Guru. He showed us how to work everything and even gave us driving lessons. I highly recommend Top Choice RV!
My Father bought an RV there and when he got home it was full of raw sewage! He also had to buy 8 new coach batteries which where not cheap the very next week. It was also listed with a king size bed but had a queen bed in it. He also ended up having to pay $800 to the Department of Motor Vehicle in penalties because they where late sending the paper work to the DMV! Not my Dads fault but he had to pay for it!
