My experience with Top Choice Renovation was disappointing. The flooring work did not meet my building’s soundproofing requirements, which resulted in a dispute and legal complications. While parts of the renovation were acceptable, this was a major oversight that should have been handled properly. I recommend being very clear about building compliance and getting all specifications documented upfront. They overcharge too, fought viciously with designer and made my life hell.
