I would genuinely put 0 stars if I can. This place is so unprofessional, messy and the staff is just a mess in general. I asked for an ombré French and the nail tech looked like she was confused on how to do it. I asked her if it was a certain way and she said yes so I asked if I could get that. She did them and they looked blotchy and overall chunky for some reason. I would not recommend this salon. The owner’s behavior was shockingly disrespectful—raising her voice at employees throughout my appointment. No one deserves to be treated that way, and it created a very negative experience overall.
Amazing job quick and relaxing
They use all the same tools on everyone same scrubber for everyone feet’s pumice bars aren’t reusable suppose to throw them out ! They used a metal nails tool on someone’s and then dipped it in water to use in the girl beside them !!! Absolutely disgusting and against health unit code ! Doesn’t change nail drill bits to nothing is sterilized ! I reported them to the health units cause you can absolutely catch hepatitis by this !! Really thing about this !
